FROM OUR PARTICIPANTS!

"Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. I teach at a Fine Arts High School with mixed levels, and incorporating these movement fundamental exercises helps even-out the different levels of experience. These task-based exercises allow all the students, regardless of experience, to work on movement. Many of my students will not be professional dancers, but they will have a body."

Thank you for hosting a wonderful virtual session! It was very informative and thought provoking! I truly appreciate your expertise, also I noticed that the language you were using was so encouraging. Words are powerful. I realized this is something that I really want to work on as a PT whose first language is not English and a former dancer who was having an unhealthy mentality for years. I am looking forward to leaning more from you."

I want to thank Dance Prehab for this virtual Sunday Session! I was so glad to finally get to participate in one all the way from the midwest. I love the exercises/games, and the conversation has given me a lot of food for thought. I hope you offer virtual Sunday Sessions again in the future!
