Let's get to know you, who you are, and how you've come to the point where you're at.

Is this something new? Have you been dealing with injury from some time?

Your healing journey begins with a collaborative conversation and hearing your story so we can meet you where you're at.

2 - find the root cause

Let's start you strong in your rehab, or perhaps fill in the missing gaps in your healing, with your DANCE|PREHAB Evaluation.

Your first session is where we can continue to dive deeper into your concerns with respect to your human AND dance performance needs.

3 - plan for success

Everyone's process is going to be a little different, so what is yours? After establishing your baseline, we'll see how we need to approach your healing plan with your training and performance goals in mind.

Aside from rehab, we're also going to find ways to keep you moving with and around your healing process.
