Physical Therapy for Knee & Thigh Pain
Surgery, a sudden injury, or a chronic condition? Let’s build back your ability with trust and confidence.

Knee Surgery (Ballet) / Part I – Finding range of motion and basic movements.
Hamstring Strain (Contemporary) / Mid Stage – Introducing dynamic movements at end ranges.
Knee Dislocation (Contemporary) / End Stage – Reconnection to choreography.

Working around injury.
Let’s find what we can do today. Our 100% looks different from day to day.

Connecting to the ground.
Mobility and stability of the knee is crucial for dance performance needs. What are the specific buckets we need to fill?

Power and Propulsion
Truly recovering and building capacity means asking, “Can you handle gravity and resist in all the ways dance will ask of you?”
