Handheld dynamometer testing provides precise and objective measurements of muscle strength, making it a reliable tool for assessing individual performance or recovery progress.

Output Sports Sensor
Output Sports uses a lightweight wearable sensor to capture detailed movement data like jump height, speed, and power with research-grade accuracy.
For dancers, this means you can see measurable progress over time—whether you’re building explosive power for jumps, monitoring fatigue, or recovering from injury.

OVR Jump (Infrared Laser Sensor)
OVR Jump uses an infrared laser barrier to detect the presence of an athlete on the ground. When the athlete jumps and lands inside the laser barrier, the device calculates the jump height. Infrared laser testing for jump performance offers precise, real-time measurements of jump height and velocity, providing athletes and coaches with accurate data to assess explosive power. This technology helps track improvements over time, allowing for more targeted training interventions based on objective performance metrics.

SAGA Blood Flow Restriction Cuffs
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation, reducing recovery time and allowing effective training with lighter loads. BFR training enhances muscle strength and growth by restricting venous blood flow while allowing arterial flow during low-intensity exercise. This technique stimulates muscle hypertrophy and strength gains similar to high-intensity training but with reduced stress on joints and tendons.
