Kind Words From Our Community

Help always starts with a conversation.

Volleyball Athlete

As a middle-aged volleyball athlete, Rob’s one of the best PTs I’ve worked with over the years. His understanding and instruction is great. Highly recommend. If injuries come up, DANCE|PREHAB will be my first choice, regardless of being outside of my insurance network.

DANCE|PREHAB — Section 3: Personal Quote
Rob Tsai, founder of DANCE|PREHAB

Before I am a physical therapist, I’m a husband and a father.

Staying healthy and setting an example means being able to stay connected to my family, to engage in my son’s learning through movement as he grows older, and continuing to provide movement opportunities for our community.Staying healthy and setting an example means being able to stay connected to my family, engage in my son’s learning through movement as he grows, and continue creating movement opportunities for our community.

That perspective continues to shape how we serve the human, not just the dancer. At DANCE|PREHAB, we know movement supports more than performance. It supports connection, identity, participation, and the ability to keep showing up for the people and spaces that matter most. That is why our care extends beyond dance alone and continues to support the person behind the movement.

We’d love the opportunity to move with you, as well.
